As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a Country Manager in South Africa to lead our regional business development strategy in line with local market expectations and international regulatory standards.

About the Role

This is a senior-level, strategic position focused on regional growth through partnerships and affiliate relationships. You’ll represent UTO Capital in South Africa, building a strong local presence, managing key partner networks, and ensuring full alignment with legal and compliance frameworks.
Note: All activities must follow UTO Capital’s compliance protocols and relevant South African financial promotion laws. Prior experience working under regulated broker environments is highly preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UTO Capital’s affiliate and partner strategy for South Africa
• Build and manage a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and local partners
• Ensure all promotions and local campaigns comply with regulatory and brand standards
• Monitor and report on performance metrics including client acquisition, retention, and conversion
• Collaborate with legal, marketing, and operations teams to localize offers and processes
• Represent UTO Capital at regional industry events, webinars, and community forums
• Stay current with regulatory developments in South Africa that may impact marketing and sales activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance in all communications and campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management within a regulated forex/CFD brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the South African online trading and affiliate landscape
• Understanding of FSCA advertising and financial promotion requirements
• Strong network of relevant partners: IBs, influencers, finance content creators, etc.
• Fluent in English; fluency in regional languages is a plus
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline
• Experience using CRM, affiliate tracking systems, and performance analytics tools
