How to Verify Your Account on UTO Capital | KYC & Profile Completion Guide

Before accessing the trading platform, all clients are required to complete account verification and profile setup. In this step-by-step guide, we show you how to log in, verify your identity, complete the financial questionnaire, and finalise your profile on UTO Capital.

Step 1: Log In to Your UTO Capital Account

1. Visit utocapital.com
2. Click Login at the top right corner
3. Enter your registered email address and password, then select Login

Once logged in, you’ll arrive at your dashboard, where your account overview and available features are displayed.

Step 2: Start the Identity Verification Process

Before you can access the trading platform, you must verify your account.

• At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a red notification reading “Verify your account”
• Click on this notification to begin the verification process

Step 3: Upload Required Verification Documents

You’ll be asked to upload clear images of the following:

Proof of Identity

• Passport, or
• National ID card (front and back), or
• Driver’s licence (front and back)

Proof of Address

• Recent utility bill or
• Bank statement issued within the last three months

Ensure all documents are clearly visible and valid to avoid delays.

Step 4: Complete the Financial Background Questionnaire

Once your documents are submitted, click Access Platform to continue with the profile setup.

You’ll be asked to provide three key details:

• Employment status (e.g. employed, self-employed, student)
• Estimated net worth range
• Level of trading experience (new or experienced)

These details help ensure a secure and compliant environment for all clients.

After completing the questionnaire, click Save and Continue.

Step 5: Profile Completion and Platform Access

Once all steps are completed:

• Your profile is finalised
• Your verification will be reviewed
• After approval, you can access the trading platform
